Shenstone Park Rezoning

Dav acted as the managements representative for Donnybrook Joint Venture the Fundee of the Shenstone Park PSP, which commenced in 2016, with the amendment being Approved and Gazetted in January, 2022. Dav represented its client in liaison with stakeholders such as VPA, Whittlesea, DELWP and Service Authorities through a total 6 year process (including a Planning Panel) to support the successful rezoning of approximately 628Ha of land for urban development purposes.
